In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the zc66 website accessible at zc66.bio, its mobile-optimised version, and any applications or tools operated by the Company.
• "Player Account" means the individual registered account created by a user upon successful completion of the zc66 registration process.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to the PKR funds deposited by the Player and held in the Player Account, excluding any bonus funds.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits, free spins value, or matched funds awarded to a Player under any active zc66 promotion.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process conducted by zc66 on all Player Accounts before withdrawals are processed.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any sports betting stake, casino game round, or other real-money gaming activity conducted through the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• "PSL" refers to the Pakistan Super League cricket competition, a primary sporting market offered by zc66.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the primary currency in which zc66 Player Accounts are denominated.

By registering a Player Account on zc66, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or promotional terms published on the zc66 Platform from time to time. All such documents are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

Your acceptance is confirmed at the point of ticking the acceptance checkbox during the zc66 registration process. If you are acting on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that person to these Terms, though we note that shared or representative accounts are not permitted — each account must correspond to a single, verified individual.

Access to zc66 and all betting and gaming services offered by the Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. zc66 enforces a minimum age of 21 for all account holders without exception.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as a representative of, or on behalf of, any other person or entity.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of zc66, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from the zc66 Platform.
• You are not suffering from, or being treated for, a gambling addiction at the time of registration or continued use.

zc66 reserves the right to decline registration or suspend any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to the Company's satisfaction.

Each individual may hold only one Player Account on the zc66 Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts — whether under the same identity, same payment method, same device, or same IP address — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances.

When registering a zc66 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number. You must notify zc66 promptly of any changes to your registered details.

As part of our KYC process — required prior to the processing of any withdrawal — zc66 may request one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (front copy of bank card, screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa account matching registered details)
• Source of funds declaration where deposits exceed defined thresholds

zc66 will process KYC submissions within a reasonable timeframe. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 30 days of a formal KYC request may result in account suspension and restriction of withdrawal functionality.

zc66 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, and standard interbank transfers. All deposits are processed in PKR with no currency conversion fees applied by zc66.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed within the zc66 account dashboard at the time of depositing. These limits may be adjusted by zc66 at any time without prior notice, subject to the general notification provisions of Section 14.

• All funds deposited into your zc66 account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• zc66 does not accept deposits made using cryptocurrency, credit facilities, or any form of borrowed funds.
• Deposits are typically credited to your Player Account within minutes. In the event of a delay, the Player should contact zc66 support with proof of the transaction.
• zc66 reserves the right to reverse or decline any deposit that appears to be connected with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any prohibited conduct under Section 10.

Players may request withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this Section. All withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect the integrity of the zc66 payments system.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests at zc66:

• KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed. See Section 4 for full KYC requirements.
• Withdrawals will only be made to accounts held in the Player's own name — the name on the receiving JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account must match the name on the verified zc66 Player Account.
• Minimum and maximum per-transaction withdrawal amounts apply. Current limits are displayed within the account dashboard.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all associated wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. See Section 7 for full bonus terms.
• zc66 reserves the right to apply a standard processing period of up to 5 business days for first-time withdrawal requests pending enhanced due diligence review.

In standard cases following KYC approval, withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within 24 hours. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically processed within 1–3 business days. zc66 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply their own standard charges.

zc66 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing Players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and PSL-specific match day promotions. All bonuses are subject to the general terms below as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

• One Bonus Per Household: Bonuses are limited to one per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempts to claim bonuses multiple times via different accounts will result in forfeiture and may trigger an account integrity review.
• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds carry a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited.
• Game Contributions: Sports bets at minimum odds of 1.50 contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino table games typically contribute 10%. Certain games may be excluded from bonus wagering entirely — a full list is available in the account dashboard.
• Bonus Expiry: Any bonus balance and associated winnings that have not been wagered within the specified validity period will be removed from the Player Account automatically without compensation.
• zc66 Discretion: zc66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Any promotional offer is subject to these general bonus terms in addition to its individual terms and conditions.

zc66 offers a comprehensive sports betting product covering cricket (including PSL, international Tests, ODIs, T20Is, and the ICC T20 World Cup), football, kabaddi, UFC/MMA, tennis, and a range of other sporting and non-sporting markets. The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed at zc66:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by zc66. The Company reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets that appear to be placed on information not available to the general public.
• Odds Fluctuation: Odds are subject to change at any time prior to a bet being confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmed bet placement are the odds that apply to that wager. In-play odds change on a ball-by-ball basis during live cricket markets.
• Match Abandonment: If a cricket match is abandoned, suspended, or otherwise fails to reach its natural conclusion, zc66 will apply the rules applicable to the specific market type. In general, bets on matches that do not reach the minimum number of overs required for a valid result will be voided and stakes returned.
• Void Bets: A bet may be voided by zc66 in cases including but not limited to: pricing errors, match abandonment, market integrity concerns, or where the event to which the bet relates did not take place as scheduled.
• Maximum Winnings: Maximum single-bet payout limits apply per sport and per market type. Current limits are displayed in the zc66 sportsbook. zc66 is not liable for payout of amounts exceeding these stated limits.

zc66 reserves the right to amend sports betting rules at any time. Updated rules take effect from the date of publication on the Platform.

The zc66 casino hosts over 1,200 games sourced from licensed and internationally certified software providers. All casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that are independently audited to verify that game outcomes are genuinely random and not manipulated in favour of zc66 or the Player.

Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all casino games are available within the individual game information panels accessible in the zc66 casino lobby. RTP figures represent the theoretical long-run return to players across a statistically significant number of game rounds and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.

• zc66 is not responsible for any technical malfunction, disconnection, or server error that interrupts a casino game round. In the event of a confirmed technical error, the affected game round may be voided and the stake returned to the Player's account.
• Progressive jackpot games are subject to their own individual terms, including jackpot seed values and contribution rates, which are displayed within each respective game.
• Live dealer games are subject to the specific rules of each game variant as communicated by the live dealer studio host. zc66 is not responsible for dealer error in live games — disputes must be raised with zc66 support within 48 hours of the session in question.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zc66 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, all balances forfeited, and the matter reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one Player Account on zc66
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Using the Platform while underage (under 21 years of age)
• Depositing funds that originate from criminal activity, money laundering, or any form of fraud
• Using third-party payment methods or depositing on behalf of another person
• Colluding with other players, agents, or third parties to exploit the Platform, its odds, or its promotional structures
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human method to place bets or interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities — any such errors must be reported to zc66 support immediately
• Match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets based on information not publicly available
• Any form of chargebacks, reversed payment disputes, or fraudulent transaction claims

zc66 is deeply committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Pakistani players on the Platform. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. It should never be used as a means of generating income, resolving financial difficulties, or as an emotional escape mechanism.

zc66 provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible directly from the post-login account dashboard at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in PKR. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum net loss thresholds over any defined time period.
• Session Timers: Configure maximum gaming session durations with automatic reminders and forced logouts.
• Reality Checks: Receive regular on-screen notifications showing total session time and net session win/loss position.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a temporary break from the Platform for a defined period ranging from 24 hours up to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the zc66 Platform. Self-exclusions are irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months. Players who self-exclude will have all pending promotional communications stopped immediately.

All content on the zc66 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software code, and database compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of zc66 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the zc66 Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, redistribution, or republication of any zc66 content without prior written consent
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software or game component on the Platform
• Creating derivative works based on any zc66 content or design element
• Commercial use of any zc66 branding, imagery, or game content

The zc66 brand name, logo, and associated trade marks are the exclusive property of the Company. Unauthorised use of any zc66 trade mark is strictly prohibited and will be pursued through appropriate legal channels.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zc66 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption to service.

zc66 makes no warranty — express or implied — that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While zc66 takes all reasonable technical precautions to maintain Platform uptime, we cannot guarantee continuous availability, particularly during scheduled maintenance windows or unforeseen technical incidents.

• zc66's total liability to any individual Player, in respect of any single claim or series of related claims arising from these Terms, shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit zc66's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

Players acknowledge that online betting carries inherent financial risk. zc66 strongly encourages all Players to engage with the Platform's responsible gaming tools (see Section 11) and to bet only amounts they can afford to lose.

zc66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to: changes in applicable law or regulation, changes to the services offered by zc66, changes to payment methods or partners, improvements to responsible gaming provisions, or clarification of existing policies.

Where a material change is made to these Terms, zc66 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via email notification to the address on file and/or a prominent notice displayed on the Platform. The updated Terms will specify their effective date.

Continued use of the zc66 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact [email protected] to request account closure and withdrawal of your available balance.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which zc66 holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and zc66, the following resolution process applies:

• Step 1 – Direct Resolution: The Player must first contact zc66 support via email at [email protected], setting out the nature of the dispute in detail. zc66 will acknowledge the complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
• Step 2 – Escalation: If the Player is not satisfied with zc66's response, the matter may be escalated to the Company's internal Disputes Resolution team, who will conduct an independent review within 10 business days.
• Step 3 – External Adjudication: If resolution is still not achieved, the Player may refer the matter to the dispute resolution body designated under zc66's gaming licence for independent adjudication. Details of this body are available on request from [email protected].

All disputes must be raised in good faith within 90 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Claims raised after this period may be declined on grounds of lateness. Nothing in this Section restricts the Player's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.
